The Opioid Risk Tool is a brief, validated screener used to estimate risk for opioid misuse in patients being considered for long-term opioid therapy for chronic pain.
Because scoring differs by sex, we'll first ask you to select male or female, then ask a few short history questions. Your results are calculated in your browser only and are not stored or transmitted. Print or save the page if you want to bring your results to an appointment.
