The Opioid Risk Tool is a brief, validated screener used to estimate risk for opioid misuse in patients being considered for long-term opioid therapy for chronic pain.
Because scoring differs by sex, we'll first ask you to select male or female, then ask a few short history questions. Your results are calculated in your browser only and are not stored or shared unless you choose to share them with your provider.
